This was WYD's first Summer Project and the first time we brought in an outside professional director. Pat Kiernan was resident director with Corcadorca (Cork) at the time, and he worked with the young people for six weeks in devising the play.

The plot of the play involved a fantastic journey through settings reminiscent of the Arabian Nights tales.

The play was a co-production with Waterford Corporation and Garter Lane Arts Centre, who generously shared the cost of hosting such an exciting project. Test.
