CELEBRATION OF TEN-YEARS OF SPECIAL NEEDS WORK
WYA are planning a weekend in early June to celebrate the work that we have undertaken with adults with special needs over the years. On Friday 8th June the event kicks off with a photographic exhibition and launch by the Mayor Pat Hayes, photos will include work by the Spring Garden Workshop and Brothers of Charity (BOC). On Saturday afternoon we will screen four short films shot with the service users of the Brothers of Charity. On Saturday night 9th June we will present two shows which combine drama and movement at Garter Lane Theatre. The performers will be from BOC and include Ciorclach drama group and Pathfinders service centre. More information to follow. |
