40th Birthday 2025

Waterford Youth Arts celebrated its 40th Birthday with a special weekend of events on August 30th and 31st, 2025. The celebrations included Waterford Youth Arts @ 40 Gala Evening," where old friends and new from the arts community gathered to share greetings, stories, and memories of the organization’s four decades of inspiring youth arts in Waterford.

The gala featured an exhibit of 40 years in pictures, prints, programs, and memories displayed in the Vestibule of the Theatre Royal. The event paid tribute to Artistic Director Ollie Breslin for his long-standing leadership and legacy, as well as to Administrator Cathy Hanrahan for her organizational skills in sustaining the organization’s mission.
